Bandipora Feb 6. Traffic Police Rural Kashmir on Friday issued an advisory announcing the closure of Naninar Bridge, which connects Bandipora with Srinagar, for all kinds of vehicular traffic.
According to the advisory, the bridge has been closed following a public notice issued by the District Magistrate Bandipora in view of ongoing construction work. Motorists have been advised to follow the alternate route via Safapora, Barsoo and Ganderbal until the bridge construction is completed and fresh orders for reopening are issued by the competent authority.
Traffic Police Rural Kashmir urged commuters to adhere to the advisory and plan their travel accordingly to avoid inconvenience.
